The following courses must be completed prior to applying for admission to the program. “In Progress” work for the prerequisites will not be considered during the selection 过程.

  • Human Anatomy with a lab component
  • Chemistry - General, Organic or Biochemistry
  • Human Physiology with a lab component
  • Medical Terminology (must be a 3-unit semester course)

Upon successful complete of the program students are eligible to take the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Examination.  After successfully passing the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Examination students are eligible for California 许可. A Certificate of Achievement is awarded upon completion of all required courses with a grade of C or better.  Effective January 1, 2015 an applicant must have an Associate or higher degree for eligibility for ARRT 认证.  副 degree must be posted prior to taking the ARRT National Certification Exam.  完成 of the 放射技术 Program does not guarantee state 许可 or national 认证.
